A written notification to the registration office is required for cancellation. You will find the pertinent email address in your confirmation email.

All items can be canceled for a processing fee of 30.00 €. However, when canceling a registration of which the coupon code for the final paper submission has been used, an additional paper submission fee of 350.00 € will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

After August 29, 2016, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. All refunds will be provided after the conference.

• Access to all social program activities, including one welcome reception ticket and one gala dinner ticket. Additional tickets for accompanying persons can be obtained at the cost of

30.00 € for the welcome reception, and 60.00 € for the gala dinner, respectively.

• Coverage for up to 2 papers. Cost for extra paper submissions is 350.00 € per paper. Extra pages (more than 6) are 100.00 € per page.

Student registrations provide all the benefits of regular registrations, but do not cover any paper submission. Cost for extra paper submissions is 350.00 € per paper. Extra pages (more than 6) are 100.00 € per page.

The tutorial fee is 150.00 € per tutorial.
